![]() Past hurts, resentments, fears, unflattering behaviors, expectations of others etc… these are carefully locked up so that we do not have to process them, feel them, and see through them anymore. We often avoid this because we have carefully tucked some things away in there. To remember who you are is to shine a light into your heart space. ![]() Outwardly it looks like you have done something, but the bleeding continues beneath the surface. Like placing a bandaid on an internal wound. Don’t get me wrong Dear Wild Heart, your surroundings do have a huge impact on your wellbeing, but it is a fools errand to seek lasting internal change through such cosmetic fixes. The thought is, if I change my outside, I will change my insides. Those are superficial symptoms of a longing to do, think, and act differently. I am not talking about the kind that comes from a visit to the hairstylist, a diet, or a geographical cure. The women that I work with are ready for change. Hats off! I only have one question, is the compass built by you or someone else? What does it mean to remember who you are? Maybe you are different, maybe you have been crystal on your purpose, your core beliefs, and you have a substantial internal compass guiding you along. This is the exciting part because we are in it together and I will surely learn from you along the way. Where we undo layers of conditioning to uncover You. Then, I operate as more of a teammate than a coach. Rather, it is to shine a light for them to come back to themselves. When I go within, when I ask my guides to direct me to how I can be of maximum service, the answer isn’t to tell others how to live their lives. This doesn’t resonate with me because that is not what I am here to do. I picture someone of false authority directing others in how to maneuver life when you aren’t sure if they have even been very good at maneuvering through their own. ![]() For some reason, the term coach has always made my skin crawl. I have been challenged recently to become clearer on who I serve, how I serve them, and what it is exactly that I offer. ![]()
